Leann J. Johnson, CPA, is a Partner with Lethert. Leann has been with the Firm since the beginning of her career in 2003 and became a Partner in 2017. Her areas of concentration are auditing, accounting, business and individual tax services, and benefit plans.

EXPERIENCE

Leann provides accounting, tax, and advisory services to individuals and small to medium sized businesses. Her experience includes audits of small businesses, audits of employee benefit plans, QuickBooks consulting, business tax services, and individual tax and planning services. Serving clients out of the Firm’s offices in Bloomington and St. Paul, MN, Leann provides audit, financial reporting, income tax planning and preparation services. She specializes in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, wholesale, construction, real estate, and service. As one of the Firm’s Employee Benefit Plan Partners, Leann focuses on audits of 401(k) and profit-sharing plans and union benefit plans. Working closely with clients, Leann understands their business and industry challenges and opportunities, and helps them grow and succeed.

Leann is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.

EDUCATION

Leann earned a degree in accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

INTERESTS

Leann enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children and attending many family activities together. She also enjoys fishing and traveling.
